I bought a1000W HPS/MH interchangable ballast and light fixture from Access Discounts and also a ventilation fan and a piece of tempered glass directly from their website. They sent me the wrong bulb but I informed them and they promptly sent out the correct one. I was required to return the old bulb but they reimbursed me for the shipping. When I bought the fan and tempered glass I also needed a fitting and since they were out, they directed me to the website where I could find one. The customer service was always fast and fair.
