- Fill out your finance application form - download your application here.

- Fax your completed application to Direct Capital at 603-433-9737
Direct Capital will review your application and equipment.
They will quickly let you know if your application is approved or declined.
Once approved, Direct Capital will provide you the lease documentation and we will ship your lighting order within 1-3 business days and provide you the tracking number.
